Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate lawyer to provide expert legal guidance and support to our various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to draft, review, and negotiate contracts for land agreements, grid connection, equipment supply agreements, project finance, EPC, O&M, PPA etc.

You will also be responsible for providing legal advice on project finance, structured finance, and corporate finance, as well as managing national and international law firms.
