Senior In-House Attorney

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior In-House Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing guidance on various legal matters, including litigation, corporate transactions, contract review, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities :

Provide legal counsel and support to various departments within the company

Manage and oversee litigations and claims

Review and negotiate contracts

Assess and mitigate legal risks

Collaborate with external counsel as needed

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A minimum of 10 years of experience as a lawyer in the United States, licensed to practice law in the US

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A Bachelor's degree and BAR exam certification
