Senior Corporate Lawyer

Our company seeks a highly skilled Senior Legal Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

As a Senior Legal Manager, you will be responsible for providing critical support to client companies in their corporate investment structures and helping them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Key responsibilities include :

Supervising designated client portfolios to ensure timely completion of client queries and requests.

Managing all legal and corporate matters for client companies involved in Real Estate serviced by the Legal team.

Communicating with clients, other departments worldwide, legal and tax advisors, notaries, other professionals, and government institutions.

Processing and reviewing legal documents, drafting documents in Spanish subject to Spanish law, and dealing with local providers in Spain.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

Strong track record in team management.

Corporate law degree with at least 5-8 years relevant experience in a comparable environment.

Risk-oriented yet client-focused approach.

Practical knowledge of Spanish corporate law and regulations.

Fluent Spanish and English speaker (both verbal and written).
