Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow development and customization Fluent in spanish language and Advanced level of English (C1) Strong knowledge of ITSM modules and workflows. Hands-on experience with integrations using APIs and web services. Proficiency in JavaScript (server-side and client-side scripting). Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and update set management. Familiarity with platform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning. Good communication and collaboration skills in Agile / Scrum environments. ✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented perso n to join our team and perform the following tasks :
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Configure and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies).
- Create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST / SOAP APIs, LDAP, JDBC, etc.).
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain and upgrade the platform, including applying patches and managing deployments.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and Service Portal components.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
