Overview ServiceNow Developer and Administrator Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for developing, configuring, administering, and supporting the ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure effective IT service delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and maintain new modules and enhancements in ServiceNow.
Configure and customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and notifications.
Maintain platform integrity and overall health through regular updates, patching, and performance tuning.
Act as primary system administrator, including user management, roles, and access controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose solutions using ServiceNow.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, MID servers, or integration tools.
Monitor platform usage and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards within the ServiceNow environment.
Create documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and change management records.
Provide support and training on ServiceNow best practices and functionality.
Qualifications At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST / SOAP web services.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience working in ITIL-aligned environments.
ServiceNow System Administrator certification (minimum).
