Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow solution across complex transformation engagements.
- Define end-to-end platform strategy, data architecture, and integration design.
- Govern technical delivery to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Work with client stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business outcomes.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and platform standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process consultants, developers, testers, and engagement managers).
- Stay current with the Now Platform's new features, capabilities, and roadmap.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a ServiceNow expert across multiple implementations.Deep knowledge of modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, GRC.Hands-on experience with data modeling, integrations (REST, SOAP), and CMDB architecture.Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, MID Servers, and performance optimization techniques.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree.Experience collaborating with the sales team selling ServiceNow technical services for multi-industry customers.ServiceNow certification.What You Can Expect
