ServiceNow Developer - Remote in Europe

For a global customer in the IT industry we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer for a 12 month extendable contract.

Location : Remote in Europe

Duration : 12 months

Start : ASAP

The Role

Build modern, user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow’s Experience Layer components.

Create role-based dashboards and tailored workflows with UI Builder and Service Portal to meet client-specific needs.

Apply knowledge of customer journey mapping to enhance experiences in marketing, sales, and commerce, focusing on personalization, omnichannel engagement, and smooth transaction processes.

Utilize ServiceNow tools to enable proactive support, real-time analytics, and integrated workflows to address evolving customer needs.

Collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders in IT, HR, and Customer Service.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated expertise with the ServiceNow platform, particularly in Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience workflows.

Solid understanding of optimizing customer journey touchpoints in marketing, sales, and commerce.

Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, daily productivity, and career growth.

Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with external systems to create seamless, end-to-end workflows.

Ability to translate technical solutions into business value and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Strong analytical skills with a knack for resolving complex issues and delivering innovative solutions.
