Talent Manager

Overview

We are looking for a full-time TALENT MANAGER located in Madrid, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in influencer / creator talent management. The candidate should be familiar with the digital advertising market, the Spanish creators industry, and be passionate about the influencer world and industry.

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing talent, helping them increase their value, dealing with digital platforms, broadcasts, and advertisers, negotiating and managing ad campaigns, and building solid long-term relationships with all stakeholders.

From day one, she / he will be assigned a client portfolio, with full responsibility for business results, working with premium talent, brands, and agencies.
