In this role you will
Play an integral role in the entire recruitment process, driving the sourcing, attraction, and selection of top-tier candidates across various departments and regions. Contribute to initiatives around talent attraction, acquisition, and retention, strengthening WebBeds' brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
You will engage with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to onboarding, and support retention strategies. Responsibilities include defining job requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to ensure a positive and professional experience. Success requires solid recruitment experience and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates for each department.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with line managers and HR to identify and define recruitment needs across departments
Establish clear selection criteria, job profiles, and requirements for current and future vacancies
Proactively source candidates via online portals, social media, recruitment campaigns, conferences, and events
Manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency at each stage
Screen applications, assess candidates through calls, emails, evaluations, case studies, and assessments
Develop interview questions and conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates
Record all interview feedback in the HRIS for both successful and unsuccessful candidates
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline and nurture relationships with past applicants
Support key talent acquisition projects from attraction to onboarding
Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment practices to enhance strategies
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!
Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; experience as in-house or agency recruiter
Strong drive to succeed, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and excellent organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Deep knowledge of recruitment platforms and methods to attract global talent
Skilled in candidate screening, shortlisting, and conducting thorough interviews
Experience building employer brand and candidate relationships
Previous experience with talent acquisition events
Proficiency in process documentation and awareness of recruitment trends
Experience with TA projects like campaigns, onboarding, or graduate programs is a plus
