The Main Event : What you’ll do
Talent Acquisition
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesProvide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring processCandidate Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experienceKeep candidates informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunitiesData Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the status of candidates and provide timely reports to stakeholdersAnalyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutionsThe Perfect Match : What you bring
