Your role

As a Regional Rewards Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategies across Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Turkey, Malta, and Luxembourg. You will design and implement competitive benefits plans that align with global guidelines, ensuring effective rollout across all designated countries. Your expertise will be vital in managing key Compensation and Benefits initiatives, collaborating closely with HR teams to enhance our ability to attract and engage top talent. You will conduct comprehensive market benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive while maintaining cost efficiency. By leveraging advanced data analytics and tools like Excel and Power BI, you will provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. You will also engage with stakeholders to communicate C&B initiatives and drive innovation through special projects. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction and engagement, fostering a rewarding work environment.
