The Opportunity

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits Director to join our team and lead our compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries in the EMEA region.

What you'll do

• Lead regional implementation of global compensation & benefits strategies, including job grading and architecture programs.
• Define regional principles to harmonize compensation and benefits programs while respecting local market needs.
• Manage annual compensation cycles (merit reviews, bonuses) in line with global timelines.
• Monitor total compensation competitiveness through market benchmarking and recommend adjustments.
• Analyze compensation survey data to provide market insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, support audits, and manage remediation plans.
• Champion EU Pay Transparency compliance, fostering equitable pay practices and transparency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and regional point of contact for compensation and benefits topics.
• Train and coach local C&B professionals to build regional reward capabilities.
