We re looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead and evolve our compensation and benefits strategy across more than 60 countries. This role is key to ensuring we attract retain and reward top talent with scalable equitable and competitive practices.

Responsibilities
Compensation & Salary Architecture
- Design and maintain global salary band structures
- Benchmark compensation regularly particularly in complex and competitive markets such as tech and commercial functions
- Lead the development and implementation of a global salary architecture across job families levels and geographies
- Manage our job architecture including job levelling titling frameworks and role descriptions
- Evaluate and evolve compensation packages to balance internal equity market competitiveness and business strategy
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Leaders to guide offer structuring pay decisions and salary band usage
- Support annual compensation cycles
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure alignment compliance and financial integrity
- Own compensation systems and processes including any equity platforms and benchmarking tools
- Support the administration and strategy of equity programs within the company
