Overview Strategic Sales Manager Needed
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Manager to drive sales growth in central Spain. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales team.
Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales goals and objectives.
Market Analysis : Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in different regions of Spain.
Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives.
Performance Monitoring : Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Knowledge or experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
Experience in sales planning or a similar role is preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in using CRM software and other sales planning tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, detail-oriented and highly organized, and a strong team player with a proactive attitude.
