We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our regional sales efforts in Spain. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
Your primary duties will include building a strong go-to-market strategy for your territory, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and analyzing regional market trends and customer needs.
You will also be responsible for driving new business development within the region, providing regular reporting and analysis on sales performance to senior management, and mentoring and coaching a sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership experience within cybersecurity, excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Sales Leadership Experience : Minimum 5 years' experience in leading sales teams across multiple regions.
Cybersecurity Expertise : Proven experience in cybersecurity sales and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
