Overview Human Resources Business Partner
Our company is looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a People Partner. This role requires someone with comprehensive experience in Human Resources, capable of acting as a strategic and operational reference for leaders and employees. The successful candidate will be key in implementing HR policies, supporting leadership, and fostering a healthy work environment aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, anticipating needs and proposing tailored solutions that drive organizational success.
Proactively contacting and advising managers, identifying needs and guiding them through effective people management.
Providing training and coaching to managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
Co-designing, implementing, and maintaining core HR processes, creating guidelines and providing local direction on HR policies and practices in partnership with other People departments.
Qualifications University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
A Master s degree in Human Resources Management is highly valued.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.
Proven experience in coaching leaders, performance management, and employee relations.
High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
