We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of the employee life-cycle, including payroll, onboarding, benefits management, and other key processes.
- Provide assistance and support to employees in areas such as payroll, benefits, leave, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of employees' personal and sensitive information.
- Ensure compliance with current labor laws and regulations, assisting in the implementation of related policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.Fluent in English, Spanish, and Chinese.Resilient, committed, and capable of managing multiple demands and priorities.Familiarity with applicable regulations in Spain.Benefits
