Overview HR Generalist Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will provide full-spectrum HR support, with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, and relocation support.

About the Role This is a key position within our organization that requires a high level of expertise in HR administration, employee relations, and recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to employees and management on all HR-related matters.

Main Responsibilities Act as the nucleus of the office and provide expert HR advice to employees and management.

Support the People Operations Director and work closely with headquarters, Regional GM, and Regional team leaders to ensure alignment with global standards and culture.

Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job application to evaluating candidates for a possible match.

Provide HR full functions support, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff activities.

Ensure the company values and culture are aligned through close collaboration with the Global People Operations Team.

Deliver high-quality and consistent HR administration services to all employees.

Requirements Bachelor degree or above in HR or a related field is preferred.

At least 5 years of generalist experience in tech recruitment and employee relationship management in a multinational company, preferably in the Internet industry.

Good understanding of European Employment Law and Best Practices.

Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

Experience working in a global team environment and adapting to different working cultures.

Proactive, result-driven, and customer-oriented individual who can work under pressure.
