Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Spain.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process for Spain and Portugal, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
Support HR operations, including employment contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, handling inquiries, contract administration, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to support employee growth and development.
Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Contribute to employee engagement, culture building, and HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in HR-related roles, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Self-motivated, proactive, with strong accountability and teamwork.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Cross-cultural adaptability and a willingness to learn continuously.
