Its business scope covers the R& D, production and sales of passenger cars.About the Role The Network Development Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing projects related to the opening and consolidation of new dealerships. The main mission is to ensure compliance with brand standards throughout all project phases—from planning to inauguration—while guaranteeing quality, efficiency, budget control, and alignment with corporate strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end project management : plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of dealership development, from site selection to final delivery.Budget control : prepare, monitor, and optimize the budgets assigned to each project, ensuring cost efficiency, profitability, and adherence to financial targets.Liaison with architects and suppliers : collaborate with architectural firms, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet corporate guidelines and remain within the defined budget.Construction supervision : conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify deviations in costs and timelines, and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.Brand standards : ensure facilities comply with internal regulations and the brand’s visual and functional identity.Stakeholder management : maintain ongoing communication with future dealers, investors, and strategic partners, ensuring transparency regarding timelines and budget.Reporting and monitoring : prepare periodic reports on project progress, costs, and risks for senior management, while proposing solutions to optimize time and resources.RequirementsUniversity degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management within construction, retail, or automotive sectors.Solid knowledge of construction project management, budgeting, and cost control.Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities.High level of English (other languages will be a plus).Availability to travel.We inform you that OMODA MOTORS SPAIN S.
