Job Purpose

• The role of a Manufacturing Network Expert at Bridgestone involves designing, building, overseeing, and managing the implementation of networks and network projects to meet the needs of manufacturing facilities in the EMEA region.
• You will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support and conducting performance evaluations.
• You will work closely with other IT / OT teams, such as plant digital teams, infrastructure and network team, application managers, Global Infrastructure and Modern Workplace, Information Security Office, to ensure the best network practices and standards.
• You will drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
