Develop MG market opportunities into sales for MG in targeted markets in Spain (according to strategic plan of the company)
Key Results / Accountabilities expected from the role
- According to strategic plan of the company, team up with Sales Director / country manager to enhance awareness for the MG brand in targeted markets
- Prepare the plan following standards in agreement with brand and sales and ensure the adherence to the approved plan
- Daily network management
- Guide and coordinate with distributors to ensure compliance with SME network plan
- Conduct extensive interviews with potential candidates to access their suitability for distributor
- Achieve new distributor recruitment targets
- Develop and implement a dealer sales and management training strategy as well as dealer business management solutions
Experience & Educational background & Expertise
Has a relevant network in Spanish market to distributor networks and sales partnersHave a strong background in automotive productsBeing a sales-oriented person with understanding of multiple customer group perceptionsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in dealer network developmentStrong negotiation and communication skillSkilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office)Proficient English on a business professional level and understand multiple languages and culturesMust be able to work independently : self-starterStrong focus on building fast - be creative with restricted budgets and high performanceHigh level of flexibility in time, location and multiple solutions.
