We are seeking a dedicated Technology Customer Service Specialist to join our international team. As a key member of our business unit, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer support through modern digital tools.
Main Responsibilities Engage with customers via multiple communication channels, including chat, video calls, and co-browsing.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations for product solutions.
Offer expert advice and support to customers during the initial setup and discovery process of their new devices.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer value through targeted cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
Contribute to project success by monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Pursue continuous skill development and share knowledge with the team through training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications A genuine passion for technology and consumer electronics, encompassing various categories such as entertainment, audio / video electronics, IT devices, mobile devices, and smart home solutions.
Previous sales experience in retail or direct sales, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
Proficiency in using digital communication tools and video conferencing platforms.
The ability to build trust and establish strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
