About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide high-quality technical assistance to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide prompt and courteous technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Solve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and troubleshooting techniques
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical aptitude, including experience with Windows and Mac environments
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English language
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support
