Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated Partner Support Specialist to join the HPI Content Support team . The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and will provide assistance to partners, ensuring smooth operations and excellent collaboration in a remote setup from Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities :

Support partners with inquiries and provide accurate information.

Ensure smooth execution of partner content processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Maintain detailed records of partner interactions.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Fluency in German and English (mandatory).

Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or similar roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
