The IT Support Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of IT systems across our organization. This role supports medical and office staff by providing technical assistance, managing infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with quality, security, and environmental standards.
Responsibilities Deliver first and second-level remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security
Provide IT onboarding and training for new staff and doctors
Assist in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvements
Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or teleradiology industry.
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Experience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT tools.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Intune / Autopilot
AWS, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, are a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English language. Swedish and / or Spanish is a plus
Social & communicative, diplomatic, able to work in an international virtual team environment
Control and coordinate complex technical situations and challenges in a calm and professional manner
