We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the stability and efficiency of IT systems across our organization.Key Responsibilities : - Provide remote and on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure data security- Offer technical onboarding and training for new staff and doctors- Collaborate in IT infrastructure projects, perform audits, and contribute to ongoing system improvementsRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.- Experience with Google Workspace and other enterprise IT tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with users at all levels of the organization.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What We Offer : - A dynamic and supportive work environment- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities- The chance to make a real impact on our organization's successHow to Apply : 1.
