Risk Operations Director

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Risk Operations Manager to lead our risk operations and reporting activities. This role will oversee teams working in areas such as Product Compliance, UGC, IPR, Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Supervise Operations : Manage daily operations for the risk management teams handling Product Compliance, UGC, IPR, Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud.
• Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors supporting the risk domains, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that quality standards are consistently maintained.
• Team Optimization : Continuously analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
• Create Reports & Track Risk Metrics : Design and manage reporting systems to track progress against risk-related OKRs for each domain.
• Regular Reporting : Regularly monitor and report on performance to senior leadership.
• Data Analysis : Use SQL skills to query and analyze large data sets from various risk domains.
• Strategic Recommendations : Provide analysis and recommendations based on the data, helping the team adjust strategies, workflows, or processes as needed to meet risk-related objectives.
