Your role : We’re looking for a Senior Risk Operations Manager to lead our risk operations and reporting activities. You will oversee teams working in areas such as Product Compliance, UGC, IPR, Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud, making sure operations are efficient and meet high standards. You will also be responsible for tracking risk-related metrics, producing clear reports and dashboards, and using data to guide decisions. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be essential to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement at Miravia.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage Risk Operations Teams :

  • Lead & Supervise Operations : Oversee the daily operations for the risk management teams handling Product Compliance, UGC, IPR, Regulatory Compliance, Seller Onboarding, and Anti-Fraud. Ensure efficient execution of tasks and effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Vendor Management : Coordinate with external vendors supporting the risk domains, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and that quality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Team Optimization : Continuously analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
  • Training & Development : Lead and mentor team members, providing coaching and training to develop operational expertise and enhance overall team performance.

2. Create Reports & Track Risk Metrics (SQL & Power BI) :

  • OKR Metrics Reporting : Design and manage reporting systems to track progress against risk-related OKRs for each domain. Regularly monitor and report on performance to senior leadership.
  • SQL Reporting : Use your SQL skills to query and analyze large data sets from various risk domains. Create accurate, actionable reports and dashboards that highlight key risk trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Power BI Dashboards : Leverage Power BI or similar tools to create visual reports that are easy to interpret, allowing stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Provide analysis and recommendations based on the data, helping the team adjust strategies, workflows, or processes as needed to meet risk-related objectives.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and reflect a true picture of the risk landscape, helping leadership and teams make informed decision.
  • Requirements :

  • Proven Experience : Minimum of 2 years managing operations teams in a Risk, Compliance, or Content Moderation environment. Experience in an e-commerce or digital platform is a plus.
  • SQL Proficiency : Strong SQL skills with at least 2 years of experience. You should be able to query complex data sets, perform data analysis, and generate actionable reports.
  • Power BI Skills : Experience using Power BI or similar tools to create dashboards and visual reports that track OKRs and other key performance metrics.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : You must be able to communicate complex data and processes in a simple, clear, and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to explain metrics and insights effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Risk & Compliance Knowledge : Deep understanding of risk domains such as product compliance, intellectual property rights, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing risk operations in any of these areas is highly beneficial.
  • Leadership & Team Management : Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth operations across multiple risk domains.
  • Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
