Electrical Project Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive execution and coordination of all project life cycle phases, from planning and design to delivery, closure, and transition.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing electrical substation projects with voltages equal to or greater than 220KV, typically associated with renewable energy facilities.

• Manage human resources and exercise effective leadership over a multidisciplinary international team.
• Participate in procurement, contracting, and administration processes for contractors and suppliers.
• Develop and manage assigned budgets and generate financial reports.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and supervise health and safety plans and promote sustainable practices throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
