Project Director

Overview

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Project Director to join our Datacenter team in Spain. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading our design & build datacenter projects, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic project management : defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts).
• Team coordination and leadership : structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Operational monitoring and reporting : overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees.
• Ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project and representing the company to external partners.
• Contributing to the evolution of project management practices and supporting internal transformations.

Profile / Qualifications

Location & Travel

Mainly based on site, close to construction activities. Open to frequent travel across Spain.
