Project Manager for High Voltage Electrical Substations
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the direction, planning, execution, control, and closure of electrical substation projects with a voltage equal to or greater than 220KV. This will involve comprehensive execution and coordination of all project life cycle phases, from the bidding phase and preliminary design to the construction, commissioning, and formal project handover.
Key responsibilities include managing human resources necessary for the project, exercising effective and motivational leadership over a multidisciplinary and international team, actively participating in the bidding, selection, contracting, and administration processes for all contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all project activities are executed in strict compliance with quality standards.
Required skills and qualifications include a University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, a minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience in managing electrical substation projects of 220KV or higher voltages, and proficiency and practical application of recognized project management methodologies (PMBOK). The ideal candidate should also have excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and conflict resolution under pressure, as well as B2-C1 English language proficiency.
