Renewable Energy Electrical Substations Project Director

The role involves comprehensive responsibility for the direction, planning, execution, control, and closure of electrical substation projects with a voltage equal to or greater than 220KV, typically associated with renewable energy plants. Key responsibilities include project life cycle phases from bidding phase to construction, commissioning, and formal project handover. Additionally, managing human resources, exercising effective leadership over a multidisciplinary team, and participating in bidder selection and contracting processes are required.
