Leading Technical Projects from Start to Finish

Are you passionate about transforming ideas into real solutions that impact businesses and people? We're looking for a Delivery Lead to oversee the entire delivery of technological projects end-to-end, acting as a central point between clients, business, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define the project's direction from the outset. You'll lead the project definition phase, working with clients, business, and architecture to align objectives, scope, and technical requirements from day one.
  • Design and execute project plans. You'll create detailed work plans (roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resources) and ensure the project's technical and financial viability.
  • Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams. You'll coordinate development, architecture, QA, infrastructure, and support teams, promoting an Agile culture focused on collaboration, efficiency, and continuous delivery.
  • Monitor progress and anticipate risks. You'll oversee project advancements, KPIs, and finances. You'll detect potential blockers and technical risks in time, acting quickly to maintain delivery stability.
  • Connect technology and business. You'll serve as the liaison between stakeholders, ensuring technical deliverables meet business needs and all parties are aligned.
  • Deliver high-quality results and close with impact. You'll lead testing, deployment, post-go-live support, and feedback. You'll foster continuous improvement after each delivery.

Requirements :

  • At least 6 years of experience leading end-to-end technological projects in complex, multi-layered environments.
  • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (development, architecture, QA, infrastructure) in projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders : business, IT, architecture, external providers, and clients.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), modern architectures, integrations, APIs, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of management tools : Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Plus : familiarity with regulated or high-criticality environments (banking, healthcare, industry, etc.).
  • Natural leadership and ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
  • High organizational skills, decision-making, and priority management capabilities.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality results, anticipating risks, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Desirable certifications : PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM / PSM), ITIL.
