Human Resources Intern - Organizational Culture

Location : Alcobendas, Madrid.

Department : WEU HR Department

Duration : (3-6 months) | Full-time / Part-time

About the Role :

We are looking for a Culture & Engagement Intern to join our Western Europe HR team. In this role, you will support the rollout of our 2025 Company Culture initiatives, helping to bring our values to life, strengthen employee engagement, and create a more connected, collaborative workplace.

This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate passionate about organizational culture, employee experience, and internal communications to gain hands-on experience in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities :

‒ Support the implementation of culture and engagement programs across Western Europe.

‒ Assist in organizing culture workshops, employee engagement events, and team-building activities.

‒ Create and localize internal communications content (presentations, newsletters, visuals, social media-style updates).

‒ Collect employee feedback and help track the effectiveness of culture initiatives.

‒ Conduct research on best practices in employee engagement and workplace culture.

‒ Collaborate with cross-country HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment with global culture strategy.

What we're looking for...

Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related field.

Strong interest in organizational culture, employee experience, and HR.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.

Creative mindset with ability to design engaging communication materials.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Chinese : Mandatory. Fluent in English.
