Residence in Madrid Currently following a studies program that enables you for an internship agreement of minimum 6 months Native Spanish speaker. Excellent English language skills (spoken & written); German language skills are a plus. Interest for the renewable energy transition

At Verbund, you will have the ooportunity to get involved in all HR areas, with an special focus on talent attraction.
Some of the projects you will be involved in :
- Talent attraction full process. Development of our employer branding image.
- HR process and policies. Adapting company policies to our market, and developing new ones.
- Compliance and legal requirements : Plan de Igualdad, Ley General de Discapacidad...
- Implementation of the Development & Training Plan.
- Assist the team in all HR related topics.
