The Role

The Transformation Director will drive and oversee the company’s transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring OLX remains competitive and innovative in a rapidly changing market. The Transformation Director will work directly with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency, drive growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The role will report directly to the OLX’s CEO.

Responsibilities

• Help to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with OLX’s vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives.
• Lead the development of a transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Drive company performance management and organizational change by promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Communicate transformation goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements across the organization.
• Monitor and measure the impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring they deliver the desired outcomes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Engage with external partners and industry experts to bring in new perspectives and insights.
