Leader of Innovation and Excellence

Descripción del trabajoManage and develop a team of 30 engineers, ensuring motivation, accountability, and high-quality performance. Oversee planning, execution, and reporting of technical and R&D projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and business goals. Coordinate closely with headquarters to ensure strategic alignment, technology transfer, and integration of best practices. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering team leadership, with at least 3 years in a technical office / R&D management role, preferably in the packaging or machinery sector. Experience working in an international organization with exposure to global engineering standards and cross-border collaboration. Fluent English and Spanish language skills. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field. Solid command of tools such as SolidWorks, SAP, Scrum; Beckhoff knowledge is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Capacity for strategic thinking and ability to manage change in a dynamic environment.
