Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to lead the on-site delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects in the Madrid area. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with directors, contractors, and client-side teams to ensure that construction meets programme, budget, safety, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site activities during the construction phase of Tier III / IV data centres
• Manage subcontractors and ensure MEP, civils, and architectural packages are delivered to specification
• Monitor progress against programme and escalate delays or risks to the Project Director
• Chair daily / weekly site meetings with contractors and client representatives
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety protocols, and QA / QC standards
• Coordinate with commissioning agents to support integrated system testing (IST)
• Maintain clear project documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders
