Agile Delivery Specialist

Descripción del trabajoEnsure Agile best practices are followed by the teams. Assist the Release Train Engineer during SAFe ceremonies and planning events (e.g., PI Planning, PI System Demo). Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with best practices for Agile / Scrum software development. Coach teams in Agile mindset and practices to continuously improve delivery capabilities and performance. Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or business-related field. Sound understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Familiarity with enterprise IT organization structures and software delivery processes. At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery, preferably in large-scale software development. Certified Scrum Master; SAFe Scrum Master certification is a plus. Proficient in leading Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, and resolving impediments. Experienced in working with cross-functional teams in a scaled Agile environment. Skilled in task prioritization and coordination in cross-functional environments. Fluent in English – spoken and written. German is desirable but not required. Advanced expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and SAFe practices. Working knowledge of SAP-related business processes and ERP delivery cycles. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery. Familiarity with agile toolsets (e.g. Jira, MURAL, Azure DevOps, etc.).
