As a key player in our business expansion, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our CND brand portfolio across Asia, the Pacific, Africa, and certain EU markets.
- You will oversee the sales and marketing budget for your territory, ensuring strategic decision-making to meet business objectives.
- Distributors management is another crucial aspect of this role, where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Collaboration with our marketing and education teams is essential for launches, promotions, and events, which require seamless coordination to achieve maximum impact.

Responsibilities
Lead the APAC, Africa, and some EU markets to achieve budgeted Gross and Net sales targets while contributing to the overall department budgeted EBITDA.Work closely with the Commercial Director and EMEA & APAC Business Unit (Marketing, Education, Finance, Regulatory) to develop, lead, and execute a sustainable growth strategy focused on constant brand building in these markets.Achieve sales and profit goals by creating a growth strategy for each customer that is synergistic with our business plan, pricing, and promotion policies.Key Performance Indicators :
