Join a Series B AI start-up as a Growth Marketing Manager (9 month FTC) .
Your role will be to drive sales and lead generation through a combination of creative avenues, digital roadmaps and automation.
Responsibilities
- Designing and running paid campaigns that focus on quality over volume
- Setting up automated nurture flows, scoring leads and integrating with CRM systems
- Building out LinkedIn content calendars and repurposing blogs, podcasts and case studies into targeted campaigns
- Analyzing performance, running A / B tests and using data to continually improve results
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to keep messaging consistent and aligned
About you
4+ years’ experience in growth or performance marketingConfident running LinkedIn Ads and Google AdsHands-on with marketing automation tools and CRM platformsStrong track record of building content strategies that drive engagement and leadsAnalytical and comfortable proving ROI through metrics, dashboards and testingBenefits
