We are looking for a talented PMO Finance Specialist to join our team for a multinational leader in the banking sector located in Madrid.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage project-related financial data in Beyond, Natstar, and Navision.
• Validate invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Open and track requisitions for project-related purchases.
• Record and reconcile Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update project plans and resource allocations in Planview.
• Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support project governance and decision-making.
• Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks.
