Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage project-related financial data in Beyond, Natstar, and Navision.Validate invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes.Open and track requisitions for project-related purchases.Record and reconcile Goods Received Notes (GRNs).Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.Maintain and update project plans and resource allocations in Planview.Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines.Generate reports and dashboards to support project governance and decision-making.Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance tasks. SkillsEssential : +5 years of experience in similar roles (PMO, finance operations, project control).Strong knowledge of procurement and invoice workflows.Proficiency in Planview or similar project management tools.Advanced Excel and reporting skills.Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2).Desirable : Experience with financial tracking in multinational environments.Knowledge of audit and internal control requirements.French or Italian language skills.
