Responsibilities

• We're looking for a seasoned PMO to be the central pillar for our most ambitious projects.
• This isn't just an administrative role. You are the operational and communicative linchpin for international, multi-partner consortia.
• You will ensure that brilliant ideas translate into impactful results through meticulous management and compelling storytelling.
• Your Mission Will Be To :
• Coordinate Project Management : Take full ownership of the Project Management of EU funding projects with international consortia. You will expertly navigate the Grant Agreement (GA), manage amendments, and meticulously monitor all Deliverables and Milestones (Mil) to guarantee project success.
• Lead the Communication & Dissemination Work Package : You will define and execute the D&C strategy. This includes the organization of events, training, and seminars; preparing engaging newsletters; feeding social media channels with compelling content; and supporting and representing the consortium at key forums.
• Maintain Financial Control & Reporting : You will be responsible for the financial control of projects' expenses and will manage all projects' periodical reports to the European Commission, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance.
• Uphold PMO Standards : You will handle core administrative and PMO responsibilities, including preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations, while ensuring full compliance with our internal processes and governance standards.
