COVID-19 has accelerated the demand for flexible workspace solutions, prompting us to expand our global network rapidly. We are recruiting partners to open and operate IWG locations, targeting building owners, franchise operators, and competitors, requiring a dynamic approach to business development.

Purpose

• The Partnerships team plays a key role in selling and developing business partnerships at local and regional levels, focusing on landlords and building owners to grow our network. The Regional Director will lead a proactive team that generates sales leads, sells the IWG partnership proposition, and converts opportunities into signed contracts. This high-intensity role involves managing complex sales processes and high activity volumes.
• Adapt the global network growth framework to local markets, plan market entry, and secure development agreements with suitable new partners to meet regional growth targets.
• Ensure brand standards are maintained across the network and deliver profitable growth and a good return on investment for partners.
