Descripción del trabajoProficient or bilingual in Dutch with an advanced level of English. Puts the customer first and has exceptional customer-care skills. Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support. Working knowledge of IT platforms, Windows, and MS Office applications. Full-time 39 hours / week permanent contract with a rotating schedule Monday - Friday : 09 : 00-18 : 00 (with 2 Saturdays per month) Competitive salary : 18000 - 20000 gross / year + in bonuses Office in Málaga Referral program : earn bonuses for bringing talented friends on board Comprehensive training on the company and project you’ll be working on Career development programs and specialized courses to help you grow professionally Seniority level : Not Applicable Employment type : Full-time Job function : Other Industries : Marketing Services

What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
- Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
