Can effectively qualify customer needs to provide comprehensive support. Working knowledge of IT platforms, Windows, and MS Office applications. Full-time 39 hours / week permanent contract with a rotating schedule Monday - Friday : 09 : 00-18 : 00 (with 2 Saturdays per month). Competitive salary : 18000 - 20000 gross / year + bonuses. What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls from boutiques and shops, providing prompt solutions to customer inquiries.
- Log call details in our management systems and ensure responses meet SLA requirements.
- Maintain expert knowledge of our products and applications to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure all contractual service level agreements are consistently met.
