AnyTech365 is recruiting for its offices in Torremolinos and Marbella a Dutch Sales Agent with a passion for sales and technology. At AnyTech365, you'll enjoy a challenging and fulfilling role, working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365.
- You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the device.
- You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer.
- You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service.
