Senior Manager User Experience

Descripción del trabajoOwn the roadmap and development of user-facing features, with a focus on intuitive, seamless interfaces Collaborate daily with UI / UX designers to translate customer needs into elegant, functional design solutions Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product direction Write clear product requirements, specs, and user stories that guide design and engineering Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business goals Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality delivery and resolve trade-offs in real time Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Communicate updates, insights, and metrics to stakeholders across the company 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments Demonstrated success working on user-facing products with strong UX / UI components Experience working closely with design and frontend teams to build consumer-grade interfaces Strong understanding of agile product development and tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion A keen eye for detail, with a user-first mindset and deep empathy for customer needs Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using metrics to guide decisions Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate product decisions and rally cross-functional teams A proactive, hands-on mindset and a passion for building beautiful, useful products in fast-paced environments

What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience of our core financial platform. Working closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders, you’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and UX research to launch and iteration.
